If you don't see your size or would like a custom order please send an email to alexclairewears@gmail.com with your order requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss fulfilling your order.

What is your return policy?

All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email alexclairewears@gmail.com

You can pay by credit/debit card or using PayPal.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders should take between 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.

What are the care instructions for garments from ALEXCLAIRE?

All items are recommended to be hand washed with similar colours. Hang clothes to dry, do not tumble dry.

Where does Alexclaire ship to?

Currently ALEXCLAIRE only ships to the UK.
